Airwallet collects only what is needed to complete an airtime conversion, a discounted credit sale, or an affiliator payout: phone numbers you enter, network selection, amounts, and account details if you register as an affiliator or administrator.

We do not ask for your SIM PIN, M-Pesa PIN, or network passwords. Transfers use the same USSD and wallet channels you already use with your carrier.

Transaction records are kept so payouts can be reconciled and support issues can be investigated. You can reach the team through the public community page or your affiliator dashboard.
